YOU ASKED FOR IT, SO HERE IT IS!  It's Fused Glass Night!!

Join me on Wednesday, August 19th, from 6-8:30pm at Sepia Chapel, Two Rivers for another fun filled Art Night!   We are going to be creating with FUSED GLASS!  What is fused glass? It is special made sheets of glass with many different colors, that can be kiln fired together, to create beautiful things.   We will be building a garden stake perfect for your yard.! You are the artist and we be designing one of your very own.  There will be square, rectangle and odd shape blanks available to choose from, for those that have never worked with fused glass before.  New this class, for anyone who has created with fused glass, I will teach you how to cut, build and design a flower, abstract shape.  Time to crank it up a notch!  The glass blanks will range from about 6"x6", 3"x8", 4"x7"etc.  A variety of sizes to choose from.  The abstract flowers are about 7-8" diameter, depending on how you cut up your glass blank. The total size with stake is 2-2.5 ft tall. You will learn all about fused glass, how to cut and shape it too.  It is fun and easy!  Don't let working with glass intimidate you.  I can assist you and cut the glass for you.  Come and try something new!  I will walk you through step by step.  You will be amazed at the final results.! No experience is necessary!  All supplies are included: Glass, stake, tools to use, supplies and kiln firing.  The garden stakes will need to come back to my studio and be fired.  They will be available for pick up in about a week or so.  As always, a complimentary glass of wine or soda is included.  Join the fun!  $42.
