Class 2: Fused Glass Lantern
Light for Every Season
This is Class 2 of the Fused Glass Lanterns Project
Create a stunning 4-panel fused glass lantern over TWO CLASSES! Yep, it is such a big project, we are dividing it in half.
Join me on Wednesday, August 19th from 6:00pm - 8:30pm at Port Sandy Bay in Two Rivers for Part 2. You will design and create your final 2 panels and will expand your lantern into the full 4-panel showpiece! If you'd like an extra 30 minutes of work time, feel free to arrive at 5:30pm.
Your finished lantern can sit or hang, so it catches gorgeous summer sunshine and sunsets then moves inside to glow all winter long. Fill with Christmas style string of lights, battery operated candle, solar lights etc.
You will not be able to take your glass home right away because it needs to be kiln fired. It will be ready for pick up in about a week. The exact date and time will be discussed in class. As always, enjoy a complimentary beverage while creating.
